Nature of our services

FAI GROUP OF COMPANIES LTD provides assistance with currency exchange enquiries, international payment arrangements, gift card exchange (through FaiXchange) and digital asset exchange enquiries. We are not a bank. We do not claim to hold a banking licence, an international remittance licence or any specific regulatory authorisation for digital assets unless such authorisation is expressly stated and documented on this website.

International payments and currency exchange

  • Availability, destination countries, fees, exchange rates, payment methods, identity verification and completion times depend on the specific transaction and applicable requirements.
  • No rate, speed or outcome is guaranteed until confirmed in writing for your specific transaction.
  • Supporting documents (for example invoices or admission letters) and identity verification may be requested.
  • We may decline any transaction that we cannot verify as lawful.

Gift cards

  • Gift card transactions take place on FaiXchange under its own terms, not on this website.
  • Only supported cards can be exchanged; quotations change over time.
  • Brand names belong to their owners. FAI Group and FaiXchange are not affiliated with or endorsed by card issuers.
  • Never buy gift cards to pay a debt, tax, fine or "prize fee" requested by someone you do not know — this is a common scam.

Cryptocurrency and digital assets

  • Digital asset prices are highly volatile; you may lose some or all of your money.
  • Digital assets may not be regulated or protected like bank deposits.
  • We do not offer investment products, managed accounts or guaranteed returns.
  • We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Confirm any wallet address with our team by phone before sending funds.
  • Services are for adults only, where lawful, and may require identity and source-of-funds verification.
