This website is operated by FAI GROUP OF COMPANIES LTD ("FAI Group", "we", "us"), Molyko, Buea, South West Region, Cameroon. You can contact us about privacy at info.faigroupofcompanies@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through the contact form: name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, destination country (optional), subject and message.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Technical data needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address (used briefly for spam and abuse prevention) and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
- Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies (see section 6).
We do not ask for card numbers, banking passwords, PINs or one-time codes through this website, and you should never send them to us.

- To respond to your enquiry and explain available options.
- To meet legal, regulatory, identity-verification and anti-fraud obligations where a service proceeds.
- To protect this website against spam and misuse.

Links to WhatsApp, FaiXchange, Google Play and other sites are governed by those services' own privacy policies. FaiXchange has its own terms and privacy policy available on its website.
